Pilates on equipment

At Pilates Flow, we believe that a variety of equipment is the key to achieving maximum training results. Our classes on professional equipment such as Reformers, Chairs and smaller equipment such as Magic Circles allow for precise and effective body strengthening, posture improvement and the elimination of pain of various origins.

What equipment do we use for training?

The Reformer is the most well-known and versatile piece of Pilates equipment. It allows you to perform movements with controlled resistance, engaging different muscle groups simultaneously. Training on the Reformer helps build strength and balance and improves motor coordination.

The Pilates chair is a compact piece of equipment that allows you to perform exercises that strengthen deep muscles, stabilise the spine and improve mobility. Chair exercises are ideal for people who want to increase their core strength and improve the flexibility of their entire body.

The Magic Circle is a small, flexible circle that works perfectly as additional resistance during training. Used for exercises targeting different parts of the body, it allows you to precisely shape your figure and strengthen your muscles.
